| John Williams - Freshman John is a first
year high school cross country runner. Son of John and Carolyn
Williams.

As
a freshman, John comes to our team with three years of jr. high cross
country experience under his belt. His experience shows as his
teammates often look to him as a good pacing partner. John
quickly adjusted to the
3 mile high school race and improved 1:33 between his first and second
high school race. He earned his way onto
the News-Gazette Prep Cross Country Leaders List in September and
October. He
also earned his way onto our team's top 10 fastest freshman times at
the Metamora Invitational. He ran a personal best at the Peoria
Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 21;55. |
