first
year high school cross country runner. Son of Linda McPherson

As
a
sophomore, Brian joined us with a great summer of running under his
belt.
He ran most of the summer with the team and race several road
races.
His summer experience helped him shave off many minutes from his
time
before even starting the official season. He earned his way onto
the News-Gazette Prep Cross Country Leaders List in September and
October.
He also earned his way onto our fastest sophomore list at the Metamora
Invitational. He ran a personal best during his last race at
conference with a time of 22:40. He improved 2:42 from his first
meet of the season to his last. |
