2010 Pack Attack Run
To work on utlizing pack running. We divided the
team into smaller packs with runners who have run similar 3 mile race times.
Runners are encouraged to run in a tight group, to take turns leading
the pack, and to be more vocal in encouraging each other during the run. We
had each team run the 5 mile trail. Slower teams were given a handicap
to help equalize the chances that they could win. The first pack to
finish the 5 mile run together is our champion of the Pack Attack Run.
