As a sophomore, Trevor joined us after having a great track season.  While he ran 5th grade cross country he didn't seem to miss a step as he quickly showed he is a dominate runner in the 3 mile as well.  Trevor ran over 400 miles in the summer and joined our team's 400 mile club.  Trevor had a great first meet as he earned a medal by placing 20th in the Charleston Invitational.  He ran a 17:08 which was fast enough to earn him a spot on our team's fastest top 15 sophomore times list for the Charleston Invitational.  Trevor made his way onto the News-Gazette prep cross country leaders in September.  Trevor was an extremely hard worker in practice.  He was always training with the fastest group.  He ran fast enough to earn a spot on our team's sub 30 South Mahomet Loop club.  Trevor went on to run a 45 second lifetime best at the Springfield Invitational were he ran a 16:23.  His time is the 2nd fastest sophomore time we have ever had on this course so he made our top times list for Springfield.  He placed 16th which earned him a medal.  He also earned a spot on our 16's list for the 3 mile.  Due to Trevor's hard work and discipline in his academics, he earned a spot on our team's scholar/athlete list.
