Our team set some important team records showing continued improvement from previous years of our program.
Our team had the lowest total team time average that any of our Mahomet team's have had since joining the meet with an average time of 17:03.9.  Our previous best was 18:09.6 in 2016.
Our team had the lowest top 7 team time average that any of our Mahomet team's have had since joining this invitational with an average time of 15:49.7.  Our previous best was 15:51.4 from 2014.

Our team won the Conference meet with 17 points.  This is our lowest team score ever in the Cornbelt Conference meet.

They tied the 71 year old IHSA State record for having the most amount of All-State runners with 6 All-State runners.  Only 2 other programs in 71 years also share this record (SJO 1991 and York 1999).

They ran the 37th fastest top 5 runner average from any team in any class in 71 years with a 14:54.7 average. 
This ties fastest IHSA team average record ever by a AA or A sized school.
