lifetime 2 mile best by running a
16:06 in the Springfield Freshman

he has done this season to gain the
endurance to carry his natural speed
for another mile. Alex had some
amazing practices heading into the
Normal U-High Invitational week.

freshman times list at the Normal
U-High Invitational. Alex had an
amazing run at the Metamora
Invitational. He had the largest
improvement on the team. He
improved 2 minutes and 51 seconds from
his best to run a 21:12. He

the low 21s. Alex ran so fast
that he earned the 49th spot on our
team's fastest freshman top times list
