| Forrest ran during the 2010, 2011,
2012, & 2013 seasons. Forrest was All-Conference his
sophomore and junior years. He placed 10th as a sophomore and was the conference champion as a junior. Forrest was captain of his team his junior year. Forrest was on the All-Regional (top 5) team his junior year. He placed 2nd as a junior. Forrest was on the All-Sectional (top 10) team his junior year. He placed 3rd as a junior. Forrest was a two time State qualifier (11, 12). He placed 48th in 2011. He was an All-State runner his junior year when he placed 11th. Forrest's fastest 3 mile time was 14:47.8 |
