In the 2015-2016 season, Alex was a senior and a captain. He won the Charleston Invitational, Springfield Invitational, East Peoria Invitational, Metamora Invitational, and Conference Meet. He set the Charleston Invitational course record. He set the Conference meet record. He set the Eureka Course record. He was All-Conference, All-Regional, All-Sectional, & All-State as a senior.
