Ben ran over 300 miles in the summer and joined our team's 300 mile club. Ben opened up his high school career with a solid time of 18:42 at the Charleston Invitational. This is a very strong time for a freshman. He earned a spot on our top 18 fastest freshman times list for the Charleston Invitational.
